Can I return a product?
Before you make your order, we will be delighted to attend to all your queries. However we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellation. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us indicating your order number and the product, and together we will try to find the best solution.
What do I do if the merchandise is damaged on arrival?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if it has arrived in bad condition, contact us as soon as possible so that the problem can be solved. It would be a very good idea to attach photographs so that we can claim from the shipping company.
Do the Promidesign products have a warranty?
Our philosophy is the full satisfaction of our customers. This is why we offer a 15 days warranty from the date of purchase. If the product has any manufacturing defect, we will be delighted to replace it, although you should bear in mind that we will not replace products that have deteriorated due to inappropriate use.
